How to Play Care Bears Dominoes

"Care Bear Dominoes" is a children's version of the table game. Instead of having dots that represent a number, each domino side has Care Bear pictures. The basic rules are the same as regular dominoes, but there are no numbers to add up at the end. The pictures must be matched until one player has no more tiles. The game, which is sold in a storage tin decorated with Care Bears, is recommended for ages 5 and up.

Instructions

    • 1

Draw five dominoes from the pile of 28 tiles. Have each player do the same. Place the left over tiles face down on the table.

    • 2

Place one domino in the middle of the table. This is the piece that starts the game.

    • 3

Place domino tiles that match either the top or bottom of the original tile on the table. The first player can lay down tiles until she runs out of possible matches.

    • 4

Pass the turn to the next player when the first player is out of moves. The second player then adds as many dominoes as possible to the chain on the table. If the player does not have a move, he must pick a domino tile from the pile of extra tiles. Play continues until one player runs out of tiles. That player is the winner.
