• Thor: God of Thunder is an original video game and even has an original story written for the game. Mjölnir, his mighty hammer, is used to fight many enemies through many worlds related to Norse myths. Thor uses his hammer to control the elements, enabling him to use lightning and thunder to battle his opponents. His enemies have Norse names, such as Ulik, Ymir and Surtur, and he fights them in different scenarios from fiery worlds to ones where creatures called the Frost Giants dwell, along with trolls and other monsters. In the game Thor also uses hammer throws to accomplish devastating attacks.

• The Hammer of Thor is a card game concerning Norse myths. The pack contains 365 cards. Each card has unique characters, all of which represent elements of the Norse myths, including Thor and his hammer. The game even allows for 365 players, each playing a different character. The game has two parts. First, players go on adventures to recruit fighters for Ragnarok, the final battle. Then they fight the battle which is between good and evil. The winner is determined from the side that wins this battle. The player who has the highest reputation score is the winner. In addition to the character cards, there are other cards representing elements of the game, such as magic items, runes and fates. The game also uses a map and character sheets, charts and, of course, a rulebook.

You assume the role of Thor and use his mighty hammer Mjolnir to battle Frost Giants. Using lightning attacks and hammer throws, you can defeat his enemies. Scores can then be shared on Facebook. If you're fast, you can obtain special trophies and clips from the movie.

• Rimelands: Hammer of Thor takes the character and his legendary hammer into turn-based play. This is a roleplaying game involving exploration. Players wander icy, treasure-filled terrains and battle dangerous enemies. You are a young adventurer hunting for treasure, and you must look for treasure constantly to satisfy your grandmother's need for endless riches. You are also trying to uncover more information about your deceased parents and your own mysterious past. You have three types of roads you can travel as your character: Barbarian, Assassin or Shaman. You can customize your character's abilities as well. The game uses levels, quests and many different items typical of roleplaying games. In play you move your character to connected tiles to your position and get to perform one action. Then all enemies make their move in the turn-based play. Your choices depend on how your character is structured. Magic users keep track of their magical reserves, called mana. Different enemies use different strategies, and some enemies work collectively so you have to use strategy to fight them. There are some side quests and puzzles as well for those who enjoy those gameplay elements.
