How to Play Poppit

"Poppit" is an online puzzle game available from Pogo Games. It is played by popping groups of two or more balloons of the same color with the ultimate goal of eliminating all of the balloons on the screen and earning a jackpot spin. Although the game does not require a great deal of skill, there is a basic strategy to it.

Instructions

  Look at the screen full of 150 balloons when you begin the game and try to determine which color has the fewest balloons. Eliminating the rarest color first will make it easier to group the more common colors.

  Begin popping groups of balloons. Keep an eye on the balloons below the ones you are popping. Unpopped balloons will rise to fill the gaps as balloons above them are eliminated, allowing you to create larger groups of like-colored balloons that will be worth more points when popped.

  Pop balloons as evenly as possible across the screen. Do not clear one side of the screen and leave the other side untouched; spreading out your popping will give you a better chance of eliminating all of the balloons.

  Watch for the prizes hidden in some balloons. When a prize balloon is popped, the prize will fall, and you will earn additional points for freeing it.

  Use power-ups or the "undo" button if you get stuck. The "undo" button reverses your last move if you decide afterward that you should have done something different. Power-ups include a pin and a weight, both of which are inside balloons and are freed just like prizes. The pin pops a single balloon, and the weight shifts a column of balloons down one row.
