Dress Design
You can make a twist on the classic paper doll game by cutting out some doll shapes from cardboard and letting little girls decorate the paper dolls with dresses and outfits they've designed themselves. Help them cut out dress shapes from construction paper then let them decorate the paper dresses using markers and crayons.
Room Design
Girls love to put their own stamp on their personal space, and you can let little girls help decorate their own room. Give your daughter a box of some decorating items such as fairy lights, throw blankets, rugs, fabric, cushions and knick knacks, and ask her to come up with the most creative design possible for her bedroom.
Invitations
If it's coming up on your little girl's birthday, let her decorate her own invitations to send out to friends. Purchase blank cards and allow her to write in the party information, then decorate each invitation with markers, sequins and stickers. Turn it into a game by challenging her to make sure no two invites are the same.
Ornaments
If it's near the holidays, your daughter can decorate a set of ornaments to hang on the tree. Give her some plain plastic balls and let her paint and glitter each one, timing how quickly she can decorate each ornament. These ornaments can then be kept or given out to family members as gifts.
