Bible Trivia Games

If you have a Sunday school class to teach or just a few friends from the church coming to visit your home; keep everyone entertained with some of these fun Bible trivia games. Bible trivia games are customizable for preschool aged children on up to Christian adults who have studied the Bible for a while. Trivia games are played as a single player or as teams.
  1. Bible Outburst

    • Bible Outburst is just like regular Outburst, but instead of using worldly, common knowledge questions, the questions in this game pertain to the stories in the Bible. Several groups can play and each team answers questions randomly selected by another team. For every question answered correctly by a team their game piece moves closer to the end of the board. The first team to reach the end wins.

    Bible Jeopardy

    • Bible Jeopardy is just like Jeopardy using Bible trivia questions. Bible Jeopardy can be played using Microsoft Powerpoint on a computer, just input your questions and answers. Another option for Bible Jeopardy is writing your questions and answers on index cards and taping them to a piece of cardboard. It works the same way.

    Multiple Choice Trivia

    • Multiple choice trivia works well for younger aged children in Sunday school. Make a list of questions, such as "What is the second book of the Bible?" and write three to four choices. Center this trivia game around what you are studying in your Sunday school class and whoever scores the highest receives a small prize.

    Mix and Match Trivia

    • Make a list of books of the Bible on the right side of a Word document or piece of paper. On the left side, place different Bible verses. Have your Sunday school students match the Bible verse to the book of the Bible it comes from. Customize the mix and match game for couples in the Bible, miracles Jesus preformed or whatever you are studying in your class.
