Visit ESPN.com and sign into your fantasy football account. Enter either your member number or e-mail followed by your account password.
Place your mouse cursor over the "Fantasy" tab on the home page, which should bring up a menu. Move the cursor to the "Fantasy Football" link and click on it. On the next page you will see your fantasy team under a heading called "My Teams." Click on your team name to access your league.
Click on the "My Team" tab to access your roster of fantasy players. Click on the "Add Players" tab just below the "My Team" heading. An expanded menu will appear that gives you the choice of a list of players by position or all players. The next page will automatically list the players in order of best available. You can sort by statistics, projections, health status and other categories by clicking any of the headings near the top of the page.
Select which player you would like to bring on your fantasy team and click the add button, which is green with a white plus sign in the middle. The "Adjust Roster" page will now appear, asking you to make an adjustment to the roster, such as dropping a player to make room for the new addition. Check the box next to the player name you wish to drop if you do not have enough roster space. Click "Submit Roster" to complete the transaction. A page will appear asking you to confirm the move. Hit the "Confirm" button, or you may hit the "Cancel" button if you have changed your mind.
