Corn Maze Games

Corn mazes and labyrinths made out of the corn stalks are often part of autumn festivals or fairs. The mazes not only require players to get through them from the start to the finish, but they often have games to play along the way. The games vary depending on the maze. Online corn maze games are also available.
  1. Online Games

    • Online corn maze games require the player to navigate through the virtual maze. The game formats vary and might include a view of walking through the maze personally or a view from above. Some games will have corn trivia associated with them, depending on the website and whether the game is entertainment or educational. Examples include the Independent Lens "King Corn" maze game and the Fireworks corn maze (see References).

    Puzzle Games

    • Real corn mazes during festivals and fairs may have puzzle games available in the maze. As people walk through the maze, they come across puzzles like word puzzles or Sudoku. While players can opt to walk past the puzzles, if they work on the puzzles and beat them, they can win a prize.

    Tossing Games

    • Tossing games are sometimes part of the corn maze and vary in type. Tossing games might include bean bag toss or using a sling shot. The players toss the items to the designated areas in the maze as they come across the games. It provides a break from the maze navigation.

    Play Areas

    • Corn mazes also can have play areas inside them for younger children. The play areas might also have corn kernel pits for adults and children to wade through.
