Christian Couple Games for Banquets & Events

Spice up your Christian banquet or event by including Christian couple games. The games should usually take place after the main event, and after dinner or beverages. Include both indoor and outdoor games. Games should be Christian appropriate. The games at these events should endorse teamwork and mutual support. Avoid games that include alcohol or dangerous activity.
  1. Bible Couple Trivia

    • Sort the teams by couple, or pair two couples together to create a team. Give each team a pen and a piece of paper. Have each team list as many Bible couples as they can think of. You can also create a trivia version in which you list attributes or anecdotes that describe the Bible couple. Have the couples guess which couple you are referring to by writing down their answers on write-and-wipe boards, and then holding the boards up.

    Outburst Bible Edition

    • Divide the couples into equal teams. Set the timer and have each team answer the Bible-related categories. Each category has 10 possible answers. Keep track of how many answers each team gets correct. This game is ideal for Christian events as it incorporates Bible knowledge while promoting teamwork and fun.

    Bible Trivia

    • There is a variety of Bible trivia games on the market. Some of these have questions that are related to both the Old and New Testaments, while others choose one Testament to focus on. Cadeco has released two Bible trivia games. They cost approximately $10 to $20 as of 2011, depending on the version and on how you buy them. These games are appropriate for all ages, so Christian couples who are 18 or 80 can enjoy them equally.

    Outdoors

    • Bring your Christian couples outside and play games that are teamwork oriented. Host potato sack relay races. Each couple should be an individual team. Set up a designated finish line, and the first team to reach it wins. Ask each couple to do a three-legged race. Tie the right leg of one person to the left leg of his partner. Use the same finish line as you did with the potato sack races.
