Things You'll Need
Instructions
Select a board type and preferred game pieces. The board can be a board from another game, or you can make your own. You can even use the game pieces from another game, such as chess pieces on the chess board, to make the game. For a more personal game, use small and special items instead, such as a favorite pendant, small toys or even beads. For game boards that move the pieces forward, obtain dice as well.
Set up rules for the game. The game should have rules depending on how you want to play. Rules will vary for each game. For example, if you decide to play a game of chess and make it more romantic, the game is played normally, but the rules change. When a piece is taken, the player whose piece was taken must give a romantic treat to the player who took the piece - for example, a foot massage or a kiss for a specific time period. For personally made-up games, determine how the pieces move.
Make romantic directions on cards if preferred. For example, for games where the pieces move by the dice and you take a card, the cards can have romantic suggestions or requirements. For example, give the other player a shoulder massage for three minutes. Make up any requirements for the game you and your partner prefer.
