Alphabet Match-Up
This online alphabet match-up game tests your memory as well as your familiarity with the alphabet. Start by choosing from one of three difficulty levels, easy, medium or hard. From here, a series of cards will be presented in front of you with their faces down. Click on a card to reveal either a letter or word. The card will return to its face-down position after you click on it. Remember where words and letters are, matching up the letters that correspond to the first letter of a word.
Beach Ball Math
This mathematics game will test your ability to add numbers quickly. Grab a two-tone beach ball, writing the numbers one through nine on it with a permanent marker. Each number should be written on a specific sector of the beach ball. From here, throw the ball to a partner. Have your partner yell out the number that is closest to her right hand. From here, have her throw the ball back to you. Call out the number closest to your right hand. As you throw the ball back to your partner, have her yell out the sum of the two numbers.
Body English
This game tests your flexibility and spelling ability. With a group of four friends, split up into groups of two. Pick a simple word to spell out without telling the other team. Use your arms, legs and bodies to spell out the word. Have the other team attempt to decipher your words as quickly as possible. Give a point out every time a word is correctly spelled and deciphered. Switch roles with the other team and repeat.
Penguin Jump Multiplication Game
This online math game is designed to help improve your multiplication skills by placing you against online competition. The game starts with you as a penguin on an iceberg. A basic multiplication equation will be below your penguin. In front of you will be two to four icebergs with possible answers on them. Jump to the correct iceberg to keep going. If you pick the wrong answer, you will fall in the water. Try to complete the exercise as quickly as you can.
