Paper Kick
"Paper Kick" (also known as "Paper Football") is a game where two players fold a piece of paper into a triangle-like shape. One player makes two "L" shapes with his hands and puts the hands together to form a football goal. The other player gets to "kick" the triangle by placing one point on a surface and "flicking" the triangle with his index finger through the makeshift goal put up by the other player. The person "flicking" the triangle gets four tries to make it through the makeshift goal and is rewarded a point for every instance the triangle goes through the goal. After four tries, the players reverse roles. The game can go on as long as both players want, and the person with the most points wins.
Pencil Break
To play "Pencil Break," one player must hold both ends of a #2 pencil with his hands. The other player must grab another #2 pencil and must hold onto the end of it. By grabbing the other end of the pencil, the player must pull back on the pencil and make it "flick" downward onto the other player's pencil. Once the "flick" occurs, the players switch roles. The player that breaks the other player's #2 pencil is rewarded a point; the player with the most points is declared the winner.
Pre-Installed Computer Games
If you work in an office with your own personal computer, try playing various games that are pre-installed on your computer. These games typically consist of such classics as "Minesweeper," where you must click tiles in an attempt to click every tile without hitting a mine, and "Solitaire," a puzzle card game.
Nerf Battle
If you and any number of other co-workers have a "Nerf" gun with projectiles, set up an office-wide Nerf battle (as long as management approves). This battle consists of aiming the gun and "shooting" other players; once a player is hit, he is considered out of the game.
