Disney Pre-K Games

Dozens of Disney games are available that are suitable for pre-kindergarten children. These games, from board games to online games, are simple to play because they require minimal counting skills and no reading. Games can be played alone or with friends and are not only entertaining but educational as well.

Board Games
- Some of the Disney board games suitable for pre-kindergarten kids are Chutes and Ladders Disney Princess Edition, Disney Theme Park Edition Candyland game and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Silly Switch game. These games are suitable for pre-K children. Chutes and Ladders uses dice to move kids up and down the board game. Kids draw colored cards to move around Candyland's path of colorful spaces. In the Silly Switch game, kids use a color-coded die to move around the board. All games are for two to four players.
Card Games
- Disney Princess Card Games comes in a tin box and is a four-in-1 set of card games. Games include Crazy Eights, Old Maid, Go Fish and Memory Match. Other Disney card games are Toy Story 3 Alien Tub Full of Games and 6-Game Disney Princess Carriage, which are six games in one. Both games include not only the card games Memory Match and Go Fish, but checkers tic-tac-toe, bingo and dominoes. Other Disney edition memory card games include Disney Princess, Toy Story 3, Cars, My Friends Tigger &Pooh, Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, Monsters Inc., Little Einsteins and Handy Manny editions.
Electronic Games
- Jakks Plug 'N Play Disney Joystick is plugged into your TV and includes five games with characters such as Donald Duck, Simba from The Lion King, Lilo and Stitch and Aladdin. VTech's Disney Princess Magical Learning Laptop has 12 activities that include learning letters, letter order, emotions, numbers and counting. VTech also has a Pooh's Picture Computer with four learning activities. Other Disney electronic games suitable for pre-K children are Toy Story 3 Alien Fishing Game, Toy Story 3 Bop the Alien Video Game, Toy Story 3 Buzz's Blaster Video Game.
Online Games
- Disney has a long list of online games that pre-K kids can play. Kids can play the online games on Disney.go.com. Games include action, color and shapes, counting and math, creativity, dress-up, matching, maze, memory, music and puzzle games. Some of the games that kids can play are "Handy Manny Carnival Games," "Mystery Picture Count Up," "Mickey's Treasure Hunt," "Heffalump Pop Apart Puzzle" and "Babar's Puzzling Pictures." All the games may be played for free.
