Drink Ring Toss
Purchase drinks, such as juice boxes, sodas or bottles of water, depending on the ages of your players. Scatter the drinks standing up all over the ground and mark a starting line about 10 feet from the drinks (adjust the line for each age group). Make homemade rings using duct tape and rope. Give each player five rings to try to toss on the drinks. If a player rings a drink, he wins the drink.
Can Knockdown
Stack several empty cans, such as soda or vegetable cans, in a pyramid on a table. Mark a line about 10 feet from the cans and give each player three tennis balls. The players must try to knock down as many cans as possible. Award small prizes to each player who knocks down a few cans, and large prizes for each player who knocks down all the cans.
Dinosaur Dig
Fill a small plastic swimming pool with play sand and mix several plastic dinosaurs in the sand. Set a timer for one minute and have two players compete at a time. When you say, "Go," the players must dig for as many dinosaurs as they can. The player who finds the most dinosaurs in one minute wins a prize.
Mouse Holes
Flip a cardboard box open side up and cut three "mouse holes" out of the side. Make the holes three sizes, such as small, medium and large. Be sure a golf ball will fit through each one of the holes. Place the box on a flat surface and have the players try to roll golf balls through the holes. If a player makes the ball through the small hole, he wins a large prize. If he makes it through the medium hole, he wins a medium-size prize and if he makes it through the large hole, he wins a small prize.
Prize Walk
Mark numbers on several pieces of poster board and place them on the ground in a circle. Write the same numbers on small slips of paper and place the numbers in a bowl. Play music and have the players walk around the circle. When the music stops, each player must stand on a number. Draw a number from the bowl and the player standing on that number wins a prize.
