Sardines
A game best suited for outdoor areas or large spaces, Sardines is like Hide-and-Go-Seek, only backwards. In Sardines, only one person hides while the others seek her out. When someone else finds her they too must quietly hide in the spot with her. Each player that finds the original hider must hide in the same spot together like a can of Sardines. The last person to discover everyone is the first hider in the next round. Sardines is a silly game that inspires lots of laughter amongst family members.

Black Jack
Also called 21, Black Jack is a simple game of skill and luck. It is played with a 52-card deck. The object of the game is to be the player who's cards equal 21 or whose cards are closest to equaling 21. Each player receives two cards to start. The dealer deals himself two cards as well. One is face down and one is revealed. Skill is required to know when to "hit," ask for another card and take your chances of going over 21 or when to stand. Black Jack accommodates many players and teaches how to maneuver one's chance against the odds.
Kickball
Kickball is a high energy game played outdoors. It has the same rules as baseball, only players use their feet to hit the ball instead of a bat. Divide the family into two teams, one to kick and one to play in the outfield. The pitcher of the outfield team must roll the ball to the first kicker, who must kick the ball and run through first, second, third and homebase to win a point. Each time the player misses a kick, it's a strike and with three strikes they are out. Kickball provides exercise and high energy entertainment for a family.
