Arcade Ball Games

The original arcade games were in public places like malls, game rooms or even restaurants, and they usually required a special coin or change to operate the machines. You can still play traditional arcade games like skee-ball, or you can play the online versions of these games. Generally, the online games are free, and they are appropriate for children of all ages.
  1. Crazy Ball

    • In this game, you control your ball using your mouse and arrow keys, and you must hit all the balls being thrown at you. The goal is to not let any of the balls escape, but you must also avoid hitting the platforms or walls as often as you can. You can play this game by yourself or with a friend in two-player mode. To find this game, go to Addicting Games, and search for Crazy Ball in the website's search box. This is a free game.

    Skee-Ball

    • Skee-Ball 2010 Alley is a set of five skee-ball games, and the dimensions of the game are 30 inches wide by 123 inches deep by 81 inches high. Skee-ball is a skill game, where you have to roll a ball up an inclined ramp. The goal is to make the ball go into one of round the circles. The smaller circles generally equate to higher points, and the highest point circles are near the top. This game accepts either coins or dollar bills, and the channel covers are coated in powder to resist abrasions and wear. You can order this machine from the manufacturer's sales department.

    DX-Ball

    • This free arcade ball game is based on the Classic Breakout game, where you manipulate a paddle to try and hit a bouncing ball. The goal of the game is to hit and destroy bricks that are floating above your paddle. In this game, you get points and more lives when you destroy the bricks. If you drop a ball, you lose a life. When you remove all the bricks in one level, you then move to the next level, and you can navigate between 50 different levels in this game. To find this game, go to Magicwand Software, and select the game from the left-hand side list.

    Bumperball Flash

    • This game is similar to air hockey, but you use your arrow keys or "W", "D", "S" or "A" keys to move your puck, which is actually a round ball person in a bumper car. You can play against the computer or with someone else in two-player mode. The goal is to get the most balls into the goal. To find this game, go to Funny Games, and search for Bumberball Flash in the search box.
