How to Kill Neopets

Neopets is a game that was released by Adam Powell and Donna Williams on November 15, 1999. Since then, it has been transferred between owners multiple times. It is currently owned by Viacom. In the game, you can acquire virtual pets called Neopets that you raise by feeding them and providing them with items. You can do many things with your Neopet, including playing mini games and battling other Neopets. Although the game does not let you kill your pet, you can abandon it in the Neopian pound.

     Click "Pet Central" in the top center of the Neopets' navigation bar.

     Click "Pound" on the drop-down list that comes out of Pet Central.

     Click the button that says "Abandon" underneath the Neopet you want to get rid of. You will have to confirm your selection five times before your Neopet is abandoned.
