How to Make Your Own Mosaic Game

If you like the look of mosaic artwork, then make a computerized version through a free online game. You can choose the colors for your personal mosaic, and design the canvas with your own personal pattern. You also can use one of the website's free patterns to make a computerized mosaic. Be creative and design a personal, virtual piece of art.

Instructions

  Navigate to a free online mosaic game, such as those found on the Edkins website (see Resources). Click on a color swatch from those available in the columns of colors.

  Click on the blank boxes on the screen. Those boxes will automatically turn to the color you selected in Step 1.

  Click on a new color in the color column to change your color.

  Click on the "Patterns" drop-down box to select template patterns that you can overwrite with the colors of your choice. Simply load your pattern, and then click on the gray boxes to fill them with your preferred colors.

  Copy and paste the code in the box below the mosaic screen. Save it in a word processing document. Any time you would like to see the mosaic again, you can paste the code back into the box. Your mosaic will reappear.
