How to Have a Sack Race

Sack races provide a challenge in coordination for groups of any size. They're best held outdoors and are a staple at picnics across the nation. But if you have a large enough carpeted room, it's also possible to hold the race inside. People of any age can join in, though you may want to hold different races for different age groups. The necessary supplies and skills are limited, making sack races a suitable option for a large variety of gatherings.
