How to Make a Guess Who Game

Guess Who is a game in which one player selects an individual while the others try to guess which person is selected. The players trying to guess will ask questions, such as "Is the person male or female?" to eliminate people. While making a board game similar to the actual game is complicated, it is possible to make a simple Guess Who game with nothing more than pictures and name labels. Pictures can range from friends and family to celebrities or even to cartoon characters.

Instructions

    • 1

Select several pictures of people or characters. There are a few options for pictures, including real people or cartoon characters. Pick a wide range of appearances and pick both males and females.

    • 2

Make name labels. Either use actual labels or use card stock and cut it down to label size. Write the names of the people on the labels in pen. Make sure the names are clear and dark enough to read.

    • 3

Glue the name labels to the pictures. This will ensure everyone playing the game can determine which name goes with which person or character.

    • 4

Set the pictures facing upward on any preferred surface. A table or even the floor is an option. Set the pictures in rows so that everyone can see the people or characters in the pictures.

    • 5

Play the game. When people or characters are eliminated, either flip the pictures over so they are not seen or take them out.
