Instructions

  1. Planning and Building the Corn Hole Boards

    • 1

First, cut two wooden boards into 2-foot-by-4-foot rectangles. Sand down any edges. Mark a spot on each board 9 inches from one of the short edges and centered between each long edge. Using that spot as the center, draw a circle 6 inches in diameter. Using a drill and a jigsaw, cut out the hole. Sand down any edges.

    • 2

Cut the smaller boards into four pieces that are each 12 inches long. Using screws, attach each to the back of a board with a hinge. The hinges need to be attached on the end of the board where you have drilled the hole. This allows the board to be angled upwards during the game or folded flat for storage.

    • 3

Finish the board with paint in your favorite design. Use painters tape to make clean lines, or paint the board in a solid color. Then seal, wait to dry, and enjoy!
