How to Find the Model Number for a 2005 Sportcraft Pool Table

Sportcraft pool tables come with a warranty. As part of the warranty service, Sportcraft will repair the product, and even pay to have the table shipped to its facility and then shipped back to you. To enforce the warranty, you must give the customer service team your billiard table's model number. Sportcraft model numbers can be obtained in one of three ways.

Instructions

  Look on the 2005 Sportcraft manual. The manual will have the model number (e.g., X6732) displayed on the front cover after "Model No." You can also look online for the manual (see Resources).

  Lay down underneath the 2005 Sportcraft pool table. The model number is printed underneath the table. The number could be along the perimeter or toward the middle of the bottom. Use a flashlight to see it clearly.

  Take a picture of the 2005 Sportcraft table. Stand back and try to take a wide shot of the table so the model can be identified. Attach the picture to an email sent to Sportcraft customer service at [email protected]. Include the reason for the inquiry in the subject and message fields of the email. A representative will identify the model and email the model number to you.
