How to Level a Shuffle Board

Shuffle boards are long narrow boards made from wood. The board should either have two, three or five legs that need adjusting for the board to be even. When leveling the board, remember that the wood in the board will slowly set into its position and may need to be adjusted multiple times before it is set.

Instructions

    • 1

Place the leveler on top of the table directly over one of the legs. Try to center the leveler over the center of the leg.

    • 2

Turn the thread of the feet (at the bottom of the leg) left or right to move the direction of the table. Turning the feet left will slightly extend that leg, and turning it right will pull it up. Continue moving the legs until the air bubble in the leveler is directly in the middle, signaling that that side is level.

    • 3

Move the leveler over the next leg and turn the feet as explained in Step 2 to level this leg. Continue for all the legs on the table until you get back to the first leg. Recheck the first leg to ensure it is still level.

    • 4

Repeat the leveling process every few weeks, or every time before you use the board. Eventually the table will not need to be leveled anymore as long as it is not moved.
