The 10-cent superfecta is a type of horse bet. The wager is 10 cents, and in order for the gambler to win he must accurately predict the correct finish of the first four horses in a horse race. Due to the complexity and long odds, the superfecta tends to have a high payout. The odds are expressed in a manner such as 200 to 1. Using these odds, you can calculate your winnings.

Find the odds for the superfecta. For example, 200 to 1.

Multiply the first number of the odds by 0.10. In the 200-to-1 example, 200 times 0.10 equals $20. This is the winnings.

Add back the cost of the bet to the winnings. In the example, $20 plus 0.10 equals total winnings of $20.10.
