Smugglers Run (PlayStation 2)
This game puts you in the shoes of an amateur smuggler who has to prove his worth by delivering contraband across the border. The delivery missions take place against the clock. To make things even harder, you will be chased down by police and rival smugglers. Since most of the game takes place in very rough terrain, your car can be damaged by reckless driving. Once the damage meter runs out, your vehicle will stall. You can use the terrain to your advantage however, as police vehicles are much faster than your own car and you will need to use some deft maneuvering to cause them to crash.
Smugglers Run 2: Hostile Territory (PlayStation 2)
The original Smugglers Run had a few rough edges like repetition and lack of coherent plot. This sequel sets out to right all those wrongs and add even more features. Once again you play as a smuggler who has to pick up and deliver contraband across restricted borders using your car. The environments have been spruced up and you'll now be driving through mountainous and jungle areas. These rough environments increase the challenge of keeping your car in running condition while avoiding law enforcement agencies and rivals.

Your job is to pick up cargo that is dropped in by a plane and then deliver it safely to your base without getting caught or destroyed by the police chasing you. The game uses top-down graphics and provides four different cars to choose from. Police chasing you down in this game are very persistent. Transporter 2 is a free online Flash game that was made to promote the movie of the same name. You play the role of a "transporter" who has to use his car to make deliveries for clients. The game is viewed from a "behind the car" perspective. You need to dodge oncoming traffic and obstacles while picking up all the suitcases that you'll find on the road. Besides the risk of crashing, you will also have police helicopters trying to force you off the road, making for a tense game. Based on the movie of the same name, Transporter sees you speeding down the highway collecting cargo that needs to be delivered intact. Its not as easy as it sounds, however, as the road is littered with rocks, rival cars, police roadblocks, potholes and even sheep. If that's not enough, police helicopters will zoom by, dropping bombs in your way. The controls are very simple and you only need to worry about moving the car from left to right.
