Multiplayer Cat Games

Pet owners often wonder what it's like to be their animals. As such, animal video games, including multiplayer options, have become very popular. Cat games often include caring for a cat or a cat using its physical attributes (speed, agility, etc.) to overcome obstacles within the game.
  1. "Swing Cat"

    • A simple game, Swing Cat offers fun for two players. Each player has control of one of two swings (which are divided by a wall). On each swing sit a pair of kittens, with an adult cat beneath. Players attempt to swing their kittens into loose bricks in the wall that separates their swings. After three bumps, a brick will tumble onto the adult cat on the other side. The game requires strategy, attacking your opponent at the same time defending their swings.

    "Petz Catz 2"

    • Petz Catz 2 was released for the Nintendo Wii, Nintendo DS, PC and PlayStation2. Players care for and help their cat develop through many adventures. Players can choose from one of nine cat breeds immediately available or from three wild/big cat breeds that are unlockable through advancements within the game.

The included, two-player mini-games include a racing game and a treasure hunt in which players dig up coins for points. Along with the 11 mini-games, pet owners can also trade cat accessories with other players.

    "This Means War!"

    • "This Means War" is based on the Nickelodeon animated series "Catscratch." Cats Gordon, Bilk and Waffle have found that they can no longer bear to live with each other peacefully, and they have declared war. Players (up to three) choose to play as one of the cats. Each player is given 30 seconds to decide how to best implement a chosen strategy, including launching a paper plane that deducts 10 life points from the enemy or using a balloon to move to a safe position.
