Scavenger Hunt

• A scavenger hunt is a game where each team or individual has a list of items to collect within a certain amount of time. The game can be played throughout an entire city, neighborhood or backyard. Items can be listed very specifically, such as ̶0;find a comb,̶1; or can be listed in clue format, such as ̶0;find something you̵7;d use on your hair.̶1; Often, adult scavenger hunts include items that aren̵7;t tangible, in which case a photo with an object is needed as proof.

Fugitive

• Fugitive is an adult version of ̶0;cops and robbers,̶1; where one team of ̶0;cops̶1; tries to capture another team of fugitives. The cops can be on the ground or in cars and the fugitives̵7; goal is to get from one place to another. The game usually takes place at night, so that it̵7;s dark and fugitives can hide better. A fugitive is caught when the other team sees them and clearly identifies where they are located.

Limbo

• A popular outdoor game played at parties is limbo, in which a pole is balanced horizontally and players need to walk underneath it without knocking it down or falling over. The pole is lowered a notch every round. The last person standing is the winner.

Lawn Darts

• A game of lawn darts resembles a standard darts game, but much larger. Another difference is that the dart board is on the ground, usually painted on a grassy patch. Lawn darts are then thrown in a way that they horseshoe down and stick in the grass.

Sports

• Popular sports like baseball, football, basketball, tennis and soccer are all games that a group of adults can easily play outdoor at a get-together. These games can be played traditionally, following the standard rules, or variations can be made to have friendly tournaments at parties. For example, baseball turned into kickball with a larger ball makes for an easier version of the game that all adults can play.
