How Do I Use a Doom Card in a Bakugan Game?

Naga, a white dragon and the antagonist of the "Bakugan Battle Brawlers" anime series, created the Doom card to banish Bakugan brawlers into a void dimension from which they can never return. In the Spin Master-produced "Bakugan Battle Brawlers" card game, you can use the Doom card with similar effects. Use the Doom card before a duel to send the losing Bakugan brawler permanently out of the game, tipping the scales in your favor. The Doom card can only be used at a certain time and can backfire on you, sending your Bakugan brawler into the void if you lose the duel.

Instructions

    • 1

Set up the Bakugan game. Insert one Doom card into your deck.

    • 2

Place your Gate card on the game board. Choose a Darkus-heavy Gate card, such as Whirlpool, to increase your success with the Doom card.

    • 3

Roll a Darkus-type Bakugan brawler toward your gate card. Use a brawler, such as Darkus Quake Dragonoid, Linehalt or Midnight Percival, that will benefit from your Gate card bonus.

    • 4

Wait for your opponent to roll his Bakugan on your Gate card. The battle will start.

    • 5

Announce you are using your Doom card. Remove the card from your hand and place it face up on the battlefield. The Doom card will give your brawler a 30 G-Power point bonus for being Darkus-type.

    • 6

Add up the total G-Power of your Bakugan brawler using the number listed on the Bakugan brawler, the Gate card and the Doom card.

    • 7

Remove the losing Bakugan brawler from the game. It cannot be used in any subsequent duels.
