Clue Jr. is a youth-oriented version of the classic whodunit board game. Players between the ages of 3 and 8 pick a character, roll the dice, and visit different areas of the board in an attempt to collect clues. In the end, each player uses the gathered information to solve a kid-themed crime such as "Who ate the chocolate cake?". The game was created in 1989 by Parker Brothers and has seen numerous updates over the years. In 2010, Clue Jr. had a suggested retail price of $19.99. Two to six players can play.

This junior detective game is designed for kids between the ages of 6 and 10. Players choose one of eight mysteries to solve, then move around spaces on a game board. The game board dictates which actions a player will take. They may have to conduct fingerprint tests, perform chromatography, or identify mysterious substances. All the forensic clues gathered help players form a hypothesis on how a crime was committed and who did it.
