Elevator
Most mall elevators are made of glass, so have one item on the scavenger hunt list be “a photo from inside the elevator” or “a photo of you inside the elevator.” Extra points can be given if there are other people inside the elevator or if your face is pressed up against the elevator glass.
Escalator
Going up or down an escalator may not sound like a challenge, but when the scavenger hunt item is “a photo of you going up the down-escalator or down the up-escalator” it may be more difficult to cross this off the list.
Mannequin
Many stores throughout malls have mannequins, so an item on the scavenger hunt list could be “a photo of you hugging a mannequin or high-fiving a mannequin.” Extra points could be given to those who manage for the mannequin to be in a store-front window.
Mall Cop Buddy
Mall cops will probably not be too keen about folks running around the mall trying to take photos of different items. However, that just makes an item like “photo with a mall cop” even more challenging. Extra points can be given to those who manage to convince a mall cop to give a Segway ride or high-five in the photo.
Certain Outfit
An item like “a photo of you wearing a red sequin dress” will be a challenge, since these dresses can’t be found everywhere, and it's especially hilarious for male scavenger hunt players. An item on the list like “a photo of you wearing a pair of boxers or briefs” would be equally funny for female players.
Mall Walkers
Many older people use the mall as a type of indoor track and walk around it a few times as a workout. While there might not be any mall walkers during your hunt, if there are, it makes for a creative and challenging item on the list. Extra points can be given if the picture is taken of you jogging next to them.
