Instructions
Pay attention to the number of letters in the word. The fewer letters in a word, the easier they are to read when jumbled. The number of letters can make a difference in what a word turns out to be and how difficult it is to unscramble.
Look for letters that can be swapped to make up the original word. Many word jumbles are jumbled up with the letters next to each other flipped rather than moved around so that the letters are not near each other.
Watch for letters that can make up more than one word. There are many jumbled words that can easily make up more than one word when the letters are changed around.
Read the context of the word. Jumbled words are often the result of typos or spelling errors, which can be deciphered by reading the context. Jumble puzzles can be harder, but some will have hints that can make it easier to decipher.
Read it aloud as it is spelled and jumbled. Some jumbles can end up reading like the original spelling when the letters are swapped. Reading it as it sounds can help figure out the correct spelling.
