Hula Hoop Pass
Ask everyone in the office to stand in a circle facing each other, with their hands joined. Break the circle in one place to slip a hula hoop over one person's arm. Then instruct the group to pass the circle all the way around the circle without breaking the chain of joined hands. The group will have to collaborate with each other to achieve this deceptively simple task. Add a second or third hula hoop or impose a time limit to make the task more difficult.
Mine Field
Create a defined area of a room or yard with rope, and scatter cones or other objects around the space. Divide your group into pairs, and have one member of each pair put a bandana or blindfold over his eyes. Blindfolded players take turns entering the "mine field," while their partners give them verbal directions to help them navigate around the cones. Play two rounds so that each person gets a chance to try both roles.
Search by Sound
Gather a set of objects, such as golf balls, plastic eggs or beanbags. Ask the group to leave while you hide the objects around the office or room. When you finish, call the group back in and divide them into teams of three or more. Instruct each team to select a leader, and instruct all of the team leaders to choose an animal for their team. Give the group a designated amount of time to work in teams to find as many golf balls, eggs or beanbags as they can. Only the team's leader can pick up the objects. His teammates must call to him by making their team animal's sound. The team with the most objects at the end of the designated time wins.
