Who Am I?
Write the names of celebrities, historical figures or fictional characters on index cards. Tape one index card to each person̵7;s forehead or back so that the identity is not visible to the person wearing it. Give the group a certain amount of time to mingle. Instruct the employees to ask their fellow players questions about their new identity. After the designated amount of time has passed, invite the players to guess their identities.
Two Truths and a Lie
You can divide into pairs for this game or play as a whole group. Take turns giving your partner or the rest of the group three pieces of information about yourself. Two of these facts should be true, and the third should be a lie. The rest of the group must then guess which of the three facts is, in fact, false. Try to fool your fellow players by coming up with real facts about yourself that seem implausible. These surprising facts will also help the rest of the group to get to know you.
Hula Hoop Pass
This game requires the whole group to work together to solve a deceptively simple problem. Ask the group to stand in a circle facing each other with their hands joined. Break the circle for a moment to slip a hula hoop over one person̵7;s arm. The group must then collaborate to pass the hula hoop all the way around the circle without letting go of each other̵7;s hands.
Autograph Bingo
Draw a bingo board full of items or characteristics that might describe one or more of your employees. For example, a square on the board might say, ̶0;speaks three languages̶1; or ̶0;has an identical twin.̶1; Make enough copies so that each person has one board. Instruct the group to mingle and interview each other. When a player finds someone who fits a description on one of the bingo squares, she can mark an ̶0;X̶1; over that square. Play until someone calls out ̶0;Bingo!̶1;
