Items in the Game
You will see a number of different items appear in this game that you need to play it properly. You receive armor to wear in specific situations including a Mithril grocery bag, which Uncle Dilbo will give you inside of his tent. You can equip this in different ways or simply use it as regular armor. Mystery gives you a Mystery hat at the food area and you buy the Altoids for 25 cans at the flea market or various other combinations of items.
When you receive the Aquarium key from the secretary in 114Atlas, give the key to the bowling alley clerk in exchange for the address book. This book has different maps that are essential for traveling through your adventures. When you attack the businessman on the cell phone in the city, you will obtain a bus pass for a ride through the city.
Other Necessities
Along your travels, you meet up with Mr. Wonka who sneaks a chocolate factory key into your backpack. When you arrive at the chocolate factory there is a claw machine where you receive your Choco-vision goggles. After this, you land at the Wellness Clinic to meet the mayor who gives you an Everlasting Gobstopper that has to be delivered to another area. Along the way, you also complete other tasks such as eating a Wonka bear or making an exchange for a hammer.
Throughout these sections of your adventure, there are travels around different places and people that you have to meet. Each one has a consequence as they hand you something that you need further on in the game. It is important not to miss these items or you will not advance in the adventures.
Entering the Palace
Upon entering the palace at a later stage, boost your strength by eating candy and be prepared to answer many riddles. You have to beat the mummy to progress, for which you use gasoline-soaked Red Hots candy. There is also a bowling adventure here to enjoy where you play in various lanes and against different opponents.
Since the game goes in stages that are counted in days, it may take some time for you to reach this section. There are always multiple steps that you have to complete before moving on. Once you have passed the palace area, there will be more adventures for you to enjoy.
