Assassin
Have everyone sit in a circle, and pick one player to be the assassin. This player will try to "kill off" other players by catching their eyes and winking at them. The person who is winked at must count to 10 before "dropping dead." The other players try to figure out who the assassin is. If someone guesses correctly, he is the winner. If the guess is incorrect, the player is out. If the assassin successfully kills everyone else in the room, he wins. This games also can be played by walking around the room shaking hands. The assassin makes his mark by scratching a person's palm during the handshake. Of course, the assassin can throw off suspicion by giving out as many nondeadly handshakes as he wishes.
Honey, Do You Love Me?
Gather in a circle and pick one person to be in the middle. That person will approach any other player and say "Honey, do you love me?" The player must respond, "Honey, I love you but I just can't smile." If the player does smile or laugh, she will trade places with the person in the middle. Otherwise, the middle person moves on to a different player until she succeeds in getting someone to crack a smile. The middle person can be as goofy as she wishes to induce smiling, but she can't physically touch other players.
Four Corners
Whoever is "it" must close his eyes and count to 10. Everyone else quickly scurries to any corner of the room. Without opening his eyes, "It" will call out corner one, corner two, corner three or corner four. Anyone who is in that corner is out. This process repeats until only person is scurrying from corner to corner. That person is now "it."
Anything Auction
Before the auction begins, the auctioneer needs to make a list of categories for she is "looking for" and assign each category a random point value. Examples could be "something smaller than my thumb," "something that keeps you warm," "something see-through" or "something flat." Don't let anyone else see the list. Give the players a specific amount of time to roam around and collect anything they want in their bags. When the time is up, read off your list. Give each player points for every item that qualifies under the list. Whoever has the most points becomes the auctioneer.
