Identification
"Chuzzle" is a single-player casual game published by PopCap Games. It was released in 2005 and features fuzzy-ball icons, called Chuzzles, that make silly noises and must be linked together to be removed and for the game to proceed to new levels.
Basics
The "Chuzzle" screen is a six-by-six square grid. Each square is occupied by a fuzzy Chuzzle of one color or another, although bigger Chuzzles take up more space. Your aim is to drag these guys around and match them up with like-colored pieces. If you put three or more together, they will pop and be removed from the game.
Dragging
You can drag pieces off the screen to the left, right, top and bottom. When you do so, they will appear on the opposite side of the board. However, the oversized Chuzzles can't be moved off the screen.
Progressing
When you pop the pieces, their eyes go into a container on the left side of the board. You have to fill the entire container in order to progress to the next, harder level. The larger Chuzzles take up two rows, so moving them affects the surrounding pieces. But they're not all bad: They will provide a starry outline around your matches and provide you with hints for making good moves.
Special Chuzzles
Rainbow Chuzzles appear occasionally and reward you with more points when matched. Super Chuzzles are formed when you put five or more Chuzzles together to build a throbbing chain that will detonate and give you a lot of points.
