Instructions
Fit blue and purple connectors together to form the basic building blocks of your structure. Position the connectors so the open slots are opposite each other, turn one one-quarter of the way, and link them together until they click into place.
Attach rods to connectors by sliding them through the connector's hole. Once the first has clicked, grab both and pull until the second rod also clicks into place.
Use tan and bronze connectors to form connector-rod and gear-rod structures, which are necessary for moving parts. Tan and bronze locks must have their knobs face toward the rod. Then slide them into the gear or connector.
Place rod connections attached to a motor opposite each other in order to get the motor to function in walking K'NEX sets. This allows the legs to move.
Substitute rods and connectors for other parts when you have used all of them. Many K'NEX parts are interchangeable and flexible, which is designed to maximize the number of building combinations you can create.
