Rice Krispies Eating Contest
The first game is a Rice Krispies eating contest. For this game, you will need two or more contestants, a large package of disposable bowls, several gallons of milk, plastic spoons and several boxes of Rice Krispies. Prepare several bowls of Rice Krispies and place them on a large table. Have your contestants sit at the table and see how many bowls they can finish within five or ten minutes. Reward the winner with a special prize (like a box of Rice Krispies).
Rice Krispies Counting Game
In this game, you will be testing the participants' guessing ability. You will need a box of Rice Krispies, a small cup and a regular-sized bowl. Open the box of Rice Krispies and count out a random number of individual pieces of cereal. The number should be between 100 and 200. Fill the cup with these pieces of cereal and record the exact number. Then, count out another random number of pieces between 300 and 400. Place these pieces in the bowl and record the exact number. Have your contestants guess how many pieces of cereal are in the cup, the bowl or both. There may be 168 Rice Krispies in the cup and 341 in the bowl. Give a prize to the person who guesses within 10 pieces from the actual number.
Chopstick Rice Krispies Game
You need several pairs of chopsticks, a box of Rice Krispies and a package of paper plates for this game. Pour a small pile of Rice Krispies onto one plate and place a second empty plate next to the plate with the cereal. Have your contestants see how many individual pieces of cereal they can move in five minutes using only chopsticks without smashing the pieces.
Rice Krispies Treat Sculpture
This game involves using Rice Krispies treats instead of the cereal alone. Purchase several boxes of Rice Krispies Treats or prepare a large batch of homemade treats. Split your party guests into teams and allow them to compete to create the best sculpture out of the pliable cereal mound. Provide them with decorations, such as sprinkles, colored frosting and candies. Allow the crowd to decide the winner and award a prize.
