How to Bring a Tamagotchi Back From the Dead

The handheld console Tamagotchi provides you with the opportunity to raise your own virtual pet. If you were a neglectful owner and your pet passes away, you can bring it back to life. When you bring it back to life or reset it, you may lose your Gotchi points and other items you purchased or won for your pet. Once you bring the pet back to life, you must raise it again from the beginning.

     Press and hold the ̶0;A̶1; and ̶0;C̶1; buttons on your Tamagotchi. The screen will momentarily blank out.

     Release the buttons and wait for the game to load. An egg will be visible in the middle of your screen.

   • 3

     Wait for the egg to hatch to complete the process of bringing it back from the dead. It may take a few minutes before the new egg hatches.
