Allowing children to play card games alone is a simple way to make sure they are amused for hours. Through solitary card games, children can learn pattern recognition, improve memory and learn how to problem solve on their own. There are many ways to learn such games, including on-line gameplay, PC games for purchase, books and card game kits.

Each game comes with a tutorial on how to play and from there you or your child can learn by doing.

The game is a take on Solitaire, in which players have to get rid of their collection of ten cards in numerical order. The kit comes with instructions for an easier version designed for kids and a solitaire version. Solitaire for Kids: 10 Great Games by University Games comes with everything needed to play as well.
