How to Tell a Yu-Gi-Oh! Card's Number

Players of the Yu-Gi-Oh! video games can reserve virtual cards with a card number. The card number is located on the physical Yu-Gi-Oh! game cards. While card numbers serve little purpose in the game's real-world version, they do allow players to reserve that particular card for their virtual collection when playing the video game. The Yu-Gi-Oh! video games allow the player to reserve the virtual version of that card for free or for a fee.

Instructions

    • 1

Look at the front of the Yu-Gi-Oh! card.

    • 2

Look at the bottom-right corner of the card, underneath the picture of the Yu-Gi-Oh! character and above the card description.

    • 3

Find the eight-digit number or mix of numbers and letters. This is the card number. Some Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, such as the Gate Guardian, don't have a number.
