How to Spot Waldo in Every Where's Waldo?

Waldo is not a master of disguise, but he is a master of hiding. "Where's Waldo" books, featuring the title character in his adventures around the world, are made up of images of dense crowds. Waldo hides among these crowds and it is the job of the reader to locate him. Finding Waldo can be incredibly difficult depending on the specific picture in question, but a few simple strategies can be employed to improve your chances of success. Once you know how to approach the image, finding Waldo should be only a matter of time.

Instructions

  Take note of Waldo's appearance. You cannot find him if you do not know what he looks like, so remember his glasses, red and white hat and shirt, and blue pants. Waldo is also very tall.

  Place a finger on the upper left-hand corner of the image.

  Slide your finger down the page and examine the face of each character you encounter.

  Slide your finger back up the page once you get to the bottom, only this time a little to the right of your original line.
- 5
  Repeat this process until you have canvassed the entire image from left to right. If you look carefully and follow a set path, you will find Waldo along the way.
