Instructions for the Aerobie Boomerang

The Aerobie Orbiter Boomerang is a lightweight triangular toy that, when thrown correctly, flies in a circle up to 90 feet in diameter and returns to the thrower. It does take some practice to master the boomerang but, once you do, you will have hours of entertainment. The Aerobie has soft rubber edges to ensure accurate throws and to prevent injury when catching it. Aerobie Boomerangs come in bright colors so that they are easy to see. You can even have yours made with custom printing.

Instructions

    • 1

Find an area at least 50 yards in diameter that is free of trees, people, pets and other obstacles. Use your Aerobie Boomerang on a windless day.

    • 2

Make a fist and hold the Aerobie Boomerang between your thumb and index finer. Curl your index finger around the front of the boomerang. The printed side of the boomerang should be facing you.

    • 3

Hold the boomerang vertically and then drop it 30 degrees to the right. Draw back your hand and throw the boomerang, aiming to hit the ground about 30 yards in front of you. Release the boomerang at eye level and use your index finger to put spin on the boomerang as you release it.

    • 4

Adjust the height of your arm or your aim if the boomerang fails to return to you. Remember that throwing the Aerobie takes practice. It will take a good few throws until you master it.
