Baby Runway
Perhaps your little girl has racked up a good amount of baby dolls, doll clothing and accessories. Why not let her show off all of her babies? Have your little girl dress up her dolls in creative outfits and design a fashion show. Show her how to parade the dolls down a hallway. Let your little girl be the "grand finale" by allowing her to dress up and do the "hallway catwalk," too.
Charting Responsibility
In game form, show your little girl the work and rewards of caring for a baby. Create a chart that records different tasks for the baby. For example, you can make the daily tasks brushing the baby doll's hair, changing the doll's clothing and cleansing the doll's face with a moist washcloth. Once your little girl does this for a set amount of days in a row, reward her with a treat such as going for ice cream or perhaps getting another small accessory or clothing item for her doll. This allows your little girl to learn responsibility for something other than herself while seeing the benefits it can provide to stay constant with a task.
Baby Clothing Exchange
Your little girl and her friends may have a lot of baby doll clothing between them. Your girl may get bored with some items after awhile, but not so for her friends, or vice versa. Have a party in which your girl's friends come to your house and bring old articles of doll clothing that they are willing to part with. Put all of the clothing in the middle of the room, and allow your girls to "shop" for new doll clothes. This is a unique way to recycle old clothing without having to throw it out, and it allows your girl and her friends to have new outfits for their dolls.
Teacher, Teacher
The best way to continue learning is to teach. After your girl learns the alphabet or how to count to 15, line up her baby dolls and have her "teach" them how to do it. She can be the teacher to her babies, allowing her to review what she has learned while she has play time with them.
