Things You'll Need
Instructions
Wash out the milk jugs and lids with warm, soapy water and let dry.
Draw the whale's mouth on the bottom of the milk jug with a non-permanent marker. Draw the top lip on the handle side and the lower lip slightly larger. The corners of the mouth should stretch four inches on each side, or big enough to catch the Jonah doll.
Puncture the mouth with a knife and use scissors, following the mouth line, to cut the rest.
Use the remnant of the mouth for the whale's tail. Cut two small slits in the bottom of the tail for insertion into the lid. Draw parallel lines with a permanent marker from top to bottom on the tail.
Cut two slits into the lid with a knife. Insert the tail into the slits in the lid and glue.
Use the permanent black marker to draw a line around the mouth opening and eyes on each side.
Dress the Ken doll in a full-length bathrobe and sandals to represent Jonah. Alternatively, sew a simple Jonah doll and stuff with beans.
Insert the doll into the whale's mouth and toss the doll out to the other person holding a whale.
