Bikini Bottom Bubble Game
Have the children watch the SpongeBob episode titled, "Bubble Stand." Take the children outside and give each one a bottle of bubbles to blow. Award participation prizes to each preschooler. For added fun, award a prize to the preschooler who blows the biggest bubble, to the first preschooler who can blow a bubble and catch it on his wand, the smallest bubble and the largest cluster of bubbles.
SpongeBob Relay Race
Divide the children into two teams and have them line up at a starting line. Mark another line 15 feet from the starting line and place a large bucket of water on it. Draw a face to resemble SpongeBob on two large yellow sponges. Hand a sponge to the first player in each team line. Place two cups at the starting line, one for each team.
When you say, "Go," the first player must race to the bucket of water and dip the sponge in it. He must race back to his team cup and squeeze the water into it. He hands the sponge to the next player in line, who must do the same thing. The first team to fill up their team cup wins the game.
Krabby Patty Stacking Game
Give each preschooler a bowl of Krabby Patty gummy candies. These candies are available online and at many candy stores. Tell the children to practice stacking the patties. When you say, "Go," the preschoolers must create the highest stack of Krabby Patties they can in two minutes. After two minutes, the child with the highest standing stack of Krabby Patties wins the game and a prize. If the stack falls during the two minutes, the children can try again until time is up.
SpongeBob Hunt
Print several pictures of SpongeBob or use small plastic SpongeBob toys. Hide them all over the play area and give each preschooler a small paper sack. When you say, "Find SpongeBob," the children must walk around and find as many as they can. The child who finds the most SpongeBob pictures or toys wins the game and a prize. Mark a dot with a black marker on two or three of the SpongeBob pictures or toys and the players who find those also will receive prizes.
