Balloon Games
Inflate several purple and pink balloons. Scatter the balloons around the party area. Have each child grab a balloon and try to pop it. She can sit on the balloon, stand on the balloon or pinch the balloon with her fingernails to make it pop. Promptly pick up all balloon pieces, as they are a choking hazard for the small children. As each girl pops a balloon, award her a small prize. For another balloon game, insert prizes into the balloons as you inflate them. Allow each girl a chance to pop two or three balloons. She can keep all the prizes inside the balloon to take home as party favors.
Star Games
Hide several glitter star stickers or plastic stars around the party area. Tell the girls that the fairy princess lost all her glitter stars and she needs help getting them back. Give each child a bag to collect the stars; award a prize to each girl who finds at least one. For another star game, place pink beach pails on the ground. Mark a standing line about 2 feet from the beach pails. Have the girls try to toss the stars into the pails.
Dancing Games
Play some music and have the girls dance around the party area. Select one girl to be the leader and have all other girls mimic her dance moves. Allow each girl a chance to be the leader at least once. For another dance game, play music and have the girls dance. When the music stops, they must freeze and be as still as possible. When the music plays, they can dance freely. Award prizes to all game participants.
Circle Games
Fill a plastic box with a lid full of prizes, such as stickers, hair accessories, small toy dolls, plastic glitter rings, bracelets and glitter temporary tattoos. Have the girls sit in a circle and hand one girl the box. Play music and tell the girls to pass the prize box around the circle. When the music stops, the girl holding the box can select a prize and leave the game. Keep playing until each girl has a prize. For another circle game, cut shapes like lip stick, a high heel, a hair bow and lips out of construction paper. Write the words of each item on a slip of paper and place them in a bowl. Play music and have the girls walk around the circle. When the music stops, the girls must stand on an item. Draw a name from the bowl and the girl standing on that item wins a small prize.
