Spin the Nail Polish Bottle
You will need several different colors of nail polish for this game. All the girls sit in a circle. The first girl lays the first bottle of nail polish in the center of the circle on its side. She then spins the bottle. Whomever the bottle points toward must choose a fingernail or toenail to paint with that color. The next girl chooses the next color and so on. This game is guaranteed to end with colorful nails and plenty of giggles.
Blind Makeover
Makeovers are always fun but this special makeover is sure to generate laughter. One girl is blind folded. She then attempts to put make-up on a friend. If you have an even number of girls, this activity can be done with all the girls participating at the same time. You will want to take pictures so the participants can see the results. Be sure to use hypoallergenic make-up in case one of the girls has make-up allergies.
Jewelry Treasure Hunt
A handful of play jewelry makes a great basis for a treasure hunt. Hide beads, rings and other jewelry all over the house or yard. Give the girls a bag or basket to put their "finds" into. When you call "Go!" all the girls search for treasure at the same time. This is a great way to pass out party favors through a game.
Cotton Ball Relay
Relay races add competition and excitement to any occasion. The girls form two lines. At the starting position, each group has an identical bowl of cotton balls and a spoon. When the referee calls, "Go!" the first girl in the line places a cotton ball on the spoon and races to the table that is set up about 30 feet away. Two empty bowls are located on the table. The girls put their cotton balls into the empty bowls and run back to the starting position. They then hand the spoon to the next girl in the line. The object is to move all of your team's cotton balls to the bowls on the table. The first team to transfer all their cotton balls wins.
