How to Make a Funny Fill in the Blank

Taking a road trip with kids can seem to be a never ending journey. Your sanity and patience will be tested between the frequent complaints of "he's touching me" to the never ending inquiry of "are we there yet?" Don't give up, there is hope. Using games is an easy way to distract children from the long trip ahead. It will allow the entire family to relax together and create memories for years to come.

Instructions

  1. The Endless Story Game

    • 1

      Choose one player to begin the story. Say two sentences that tell the beginning of a story. Stop in the middle of the third sentence.

    • 2

      Going counterclockwise, move to the next player. Have them pick the story up where the last player left off, filling in the blanks. Repeat step one.

    • 3

      Continue around the circle of players until everyone gets a turn or until the uncontrollable laughter stops.
