Instructions
Deal the entire deck evenly to every player; some players may have more cards than others. The player that has been designated as the Dealer starts the game by playing a card.
Play a card that is both a higher number and a different color than the previously played card. You cannot play a card on the same color; for example, you cannot play a red fish card on another red fish card, even if it is of higher value. Puffer fish cards can only be played on cards of the same color. If you are too slow, you will have to pick up your attempted discard.
Play another card of any color or value if you played the Puffer fish card; other players cannot play on top of a Puffer Fish. These special cards can be played on any card of the same color, regardless of value. As a result, the Puffer fish card functions as a "Pause" button for the game. No other player can play until you discard another fish.
Pick up the discard pile (known as the Pond) if you make a mistake. The cards are placed in your hand to play. You will have to pick up the Pond if you break any rules or if you do not discard into the Pond directly.
Continue to discard as quickly as possible. It is the responsibility of the other players to declare a misplayed card or if a player breaks a rule.
Discard all of your fish faster than your opponents to win!
