Fun E-Cards for Kids

Children have become Internet-savvy, and may expect an e-card rather than a traditional greeting card in the mail. Many online e-card companies have a host of animated, interactive and fun cards for kids for a variety of occasions, such as holidays, birthdays or special events. In addition, many sites allow you to send the child's card immediately, or you can select a particular date and time in the future.

Yahoo Kids E-Cards
- Yahoo Kids offers fun e-cards for children. Select from "Thank You," "Birthday," "Get Well," "Save the Date" and a host of other categories. Some e-cards are animated with bouncing items, and interactive cards ask children to do things to see the entire card, such as rubbing a lamp for a genie to appear. In addition, children can solve a puzzle on an e-card to complete the card. You can send Yahoo Kids E-cards free.
Blue Mountain E-Cards
- Blue Mountain offers a line of fun e-cards for children. You will find e-cards devoted to boys, designed for girls and unisex cards.The majority of the kid's cards have a birthday theme. Most e-cards play live entertaining music, and many are interactive cards. For example, you will find e-cards with playful monkeys, an active circus and talking characters.
PBS Kids E-Card
- Visit the PBS Kids website to send a variety of E-cards. PBS Kids offers E-cards themes, such as African-American History, Reading Rockets, American High, Arthur, George Shrinks and Cyberchase. Type the child's name, the child's e-mail address, a message and your email address.
Kaboose with 123 Greatings E-cards
- Kaboose, in partnership with 123 Greetings, offers kid-friendly fun E-cards. You will find E-cards with teddy bears, animals, fairies and angels. Some categories available include "Happy Birthday," "Fun," "Wishes," and "Smile." Although Kaboose has a separate category for "Kids," there are kid-friendly E-cards in other categories, too.
